make contracts & licenses transparent You accept existing software contracts and the associated licenses and merge them into a dedicated, cleanly maintained overview. Defining minimum information You determine which information per contract must be collected so that it can be used reliably in license management. Understanding and assigning license models You familiarize yourself with various license models and classify existing contracts structured along these models. Building compliance rules You develop basic compliance rules for the license models used, creating a clear basis for use and control. Detection & fix You identify discrepancies between contract, licensing conditions and actual use and actively support them in closing them sustainably. Strengthening processes & responsibilities You collect internal processes and responsibilities in software contract management and support specialist areas in the management of your contracts.

Completed training & first practice You have a completed, at least three-year vocational training and bring first professional experience in IT license, contract and cost management. Basics in Asset Management & Governance Knowledge in asset management as well as IT governance standards and processes such as ITIL help you to safely classify relationships. Safe handling of external partners You communicate confidently and professionally with service providers, suppliers and contract partners and keep an overview in coordination. Analytically strong & process-oriented You work structured, think in processes, and you can prepare complex facts to make decisions easier. Service-oriented & well organized You support stakeholders pragmatically, make priorities clear and maintain a reliable way of working on many issues at the same time. German and English at a safe level You can safely communicate in German and English – in writing as oral – and can communicate content in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner.
