As a specialist field manager:in purchasing power generation and energy-related services, you take the professional, organizational and personal responsibility for your team within the department of purchasing. Your main task is to achieve measurable goals together with your team, advance the development of the field and live a modern, motivating leadership culture. You lead, develop and motivate your team and make sure that roles, responsibilities and priorities are clearly defined. You actively control the task distribution, resource planning and capacity management so that your team can work efficiently and achieve agreed goals reliably. You build a trusted, open and solution-oriented team culture, in which feedback is self-evident and continuous improvement is lived. Together with your team, you will ensure that tenders and contracts are made legally secure, compliant and economically optimal. You support your team in critical projects, both controlling and operational, if necessary. You advise your employees:inside and supervised areas of expertise in purchasing-specific questions and assist in building write-off performance directories. Together with your team, you develop standards, methods and processes to strengthen efficiency, quality and compliance.

You have a completed academic degree, preferably in the field of Business Administration or Economic Engineering, or alternatively a comparable qualification. In addition, you can present a multi-year leadership and project management experience in the operational implementation of complex purchasing projects as well as extensive experience in procurement law (SektVO, UVgO, VOB/A) as well as in the preparation and testing of tender documents compliant with the law. Your SAP knowledge as well as your good English knowledge in word and writing are desirable. Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, high innovative strength and decision-making strength are of course for you. Leadership, team orientation and communication and moderation capabilities across hierarchical levels and organizational areas, as well as a sovereign appearance towards various stakeholders round off your profile.
