We are a subsidiary of the Vocational Education Foundation. The centrepiece of our company is the production schools Barmbek and Harburg, which have been established with the aim, in particular disadvantaged young people from the Barmbek and Harburg districts, aged between 16 and 18 years

a) show a new way of learning through real customer orders;

(b) to give the possibility of real work experience within the framework of real career guidance contracts;

(c) to prepare for the acceptance of the general school leaving certificate; and

d) in particular the best possible connection for the participants

in a multi-professional team.

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated person who complements the team of the production school Barmbek

The SBB - Productionschule gGmbH intends to occupy the following places in Hamburg-Barmbek:

Your tasks are:

• Qualification and funding planning
• Individual and group work
• Promoting education and vocational integration
• development and use of individual support instruments;
• Network work and interdisciplinary cooperation with cooperation partners
• Crisis intervention
• Coaching young people in developing their professional perspective
• Teamwork in a multi-professional team

Following knowledge and qualifications, you can bring:

• In the case of the social pedagogue: a completed study of the social education system and Social work (Diplom, Bachelor or Master) expected
• Teachers (Diplom, Bachelor, Master or Magister Artium) with supplementary subjects Main areas of study Social education, special education or youth assistance
• In the last five years, at least one year's professional experience with the target group has shown
• A completed study also includes the acquisition of professional qualifications (e.g. state recognition)
