The HTWG Konstanz is a modern university with six faculties, around 4450 students and several hundred employees on a lively campus right on the Seerhein. In the Faculty of Economic, Cultural and Legal Sciences, the following position must be taken at the next possible time: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) (number 2-1639) Employment is indefinite with the option of increasing the level of employment by the end of 2027. Remuneration takes place according to personal qualifications up to the EC 12 TV-L.

Graduated university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Education Management, Higher Education Management or a comparable degree course. Alternatively: Humanities or administrative studies with relevant professional experience in the academic environment. Knowledge of higher education processes: basic understanding of examination regulations, accreditation procedures, study organisation and bodywork. Process and digitization competence: Versified handling of common campus management systems (e.g. LSF, HISinOne) as well as modern office tools. First practical experience in the university administration, in science management, in the academic consulting or in the faculty development of advantage. Organisational and interface competencies: Detectable ability to independently coordinate complex processes between teachers, students and central administration. Communication strength & service orientation: Very good oral and written expression as well as empathy and enforcement in dealing with different target groups. Language competence: Very good English knowledge in word and writing for the care of international students and the communication with partner universities.
