As Head of Electrical Systems, you build the entire Electrical Engineering area from scratch. You decide how our electrical systems should look for the groundbreaking organic solidflow battery and assemble a powerful team. The power electronics you have developed will be the key to making our innovative battery technology usable for customers - and thus decisive for the success of CMBlu! Your tasks Build and lead team: Determine the necessary skills and assemble your team. Develop power electronics: Design inverters and electrical systems for a completely new battery technology. Design network integration: Develop solutions to efficiently connect our storage to the power grid. Coordination: Taxes external partners and suppliers. Your profile Completion in electrical engineering or a related field. Experience in the development of electrical systems and power electronics. Embossed project management skills with experience in managing major projects. Joy in freedom of design and the challenge of building new things. Strategic thinking and leadership skills. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
