Contact person for the company's accounting sales management Accountant accompaniment of machine sales Maintenance of the order file (order inputs / sales / order residue) Credit assessments as well as new equipment and maintenance of debitor master data Care of open items including dunning in direct coordination with sales and customers Compilation of deduction and output accounts taking into account contract design and maturity Creation of guarantees and accreditation Determination and monitoring of commission payments and customer bonuses Debt assessment i.R.d. of the monthly and quarterly accounts Compilation of weekly reporting of sales and orders to the American parent company Support in creating monthly and quarterly reporting to the American parent company Creation of sales tax pre-registrations / sales tax annual reports / ZM Implementation of internal controls (SOX) Processing of insurance transactions (KFZ) Active co-design and optimization of accounting processes Support for digitalisation/automatization projects Creation of business analysis

Successfully completed training on the account holder or comparable training At least two years of professional experience in the field of debitor accounting of a manufacturing company or audit Good sales tax knowledge Good accounting knowledge according to HGB/tax law and experience with the corresponding accounting of business incidents in an ERP system US-GAAP knowledge desirable (e.g. ASU 606) Good knowledge in MS Excel IT-Affinity Knowledge of ERP systems and processes within a manufacturing company. A structured and proactive way of working as well as team skills. Embossed analytical skills and understanding for complex, system-driven relationships. Good language skills in English. Interest in designing and optimizing business processes Good sense of standards, rules and regulations for listed companies (SOX)
