Team Leader Software Development - Customer Machines (m/f/d)

Your mission In a world of growing customer requirements and individual machine configurations, you take over the leadership of a software team that implements software solutions efficiently, reliably and customer-oriented. You ensure that standardised software solutions are implemented in high quality, short time and scalable processes. You develop your team, optimize processes and increase throughput sustainably - for a fast, stable and continuous project processing.

• Team & Leadership: You lead, develop and motivate a team of software developers.

• Efficiency in the process: Develop measures to increase throughput, without compromises in quality or schedule.

• Automation: Promote the further development of automated production processes for standardised software solutions.

• Project & Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for appointments, budgets and resource use and act as a central interface between customers, service, sales and development.

• Quality assurance: You continuously establish and improve quality, documentation and development standards.

• You have a completed study of electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field.

• You have already gained experience in managing a team and know how to promote and motivate talents.

• You have several years of experience in software development in the field of automation technology and bring sound knowledge.

• A pronounced technical understanding, strong analytical thinking and the ability to penetrate complex relationships, you are characterized.

• You bring a high level of social competence, team-oriented engagement and organisational skills to create an inspiring and productive working environment.

• A self-sponsored, independent and structured way of working, good knowledge of English and willingness to occasionally travel round off your profile.
