The School of CIT and the School of MGT are now expanding their teaching and research activities by a joint center consisting of 5 CIT and 5 MGT professorships as well as visiting scholars from all over the world. Head of the English-speaking Heilbronn Data Science Center as well as the establishment and management of an admin team of about 2-3 persons. Coordination of all processes in the field of HDSC guest professorships and administration of appropriate bodies and funds, as well as initiation of internationalisation activities between the HDSC professors and other foundation professorships supported by the Dieter Schwarz Foundation (e.g. workshops and conferences). Coordination of tandem projects between Heilbronn and other TUM sites, as well as administration of appropriate positions and resources. Management of the project funds for Dieter Schwarz-Fellowships and -Courageous Grants in cooperation with the TUM Institute for Advanced Studies. Collaboration with the school's administrative lines and the HDSC professors at the TUM Campus Heilbronn to coordinate processes and ensure smooth processes (in particular reporting and content preparation, implementation and moderation of the HDSC corporate work). Contact person for the HDSC professors at the TUM Campus Heilbronn and the staff of the schools as well as the central and decentralized units of the TUM.

We are looking for a person with a university degree who, together with the CIT Management and the CIT School Office Head of Heilbronn, develops and develops the newly created HDSC administratively and manages the organizational unit of the Center across school. Ideally, experience in university management and the management of projects and teams can be demonstrated, preferably in an international and interdisciplinary context. Pre-knowledge in the field of data science is advantageous. In addition, we are looking for a person who leads their team responsibly, enjoys communication with different units and is characterized by a reliable, careful, structured and efficient way of working. A safe and routined handling of MS-Office as well as very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing are provided. The willingness to move flexibly and effectively into the construction of the TUM site Heilbronn must be given.
