Administration, configuration and maintenance of central IT service management application Further development of the application according to user requirements Connection of other tools and data sources via interfaces Creation of SQL queries, scripts and adjustments Development and maintenance of infrastructure-as-code solutions (terraform, ansible) Error analysis and fault elimination Cooperation with support functions and software manufacturer performing functional tests within system updates, application configuration and software adaptations Training and creation of application documentation

Complete university or technical college studies in a technical field (e.g. computer science) - or subject-related IT vocational training with multi-year professional experience in the described area of competence with demonstrable qualification Very good German knowledge in word and writing and good English You have the following experience and knowledge: Scripting and automation as well as programming skills, ideally with Python Know-how with SQL databases and web technologies, e.g. XML, HTML, REST Knowledge in the administration and operation of application software, middleware and Linux operating systems Experience in agile project environments (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) ITSM and ITIL knowledge and information security and data protection We presuppose the readiness for the extended safety review according to ThürSÜG.
