Customer support & process optimization: You help to optimize our service processes and ensure that our customers are handled as best as possible. You always keep an overview of important key figures. Responsibility & Overview: With your sense of responsibility, you make sure that all services work smoothly and that customer satisfaction is top priority. Training & development: You receive regular training and training to prepare yourself for your role as a future leadership. Interface management & cooperation: You work closely with the production, fleet and technology departments to ensure a smooth service for our customers.

Completed studies or comparable training: You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Logistics or a comparable discipline completed.
