You advise our customers in the design and optimization of sales, customer and service solutions including Requirement, provider selection and agile implementation. Digital Sales: You define and implement future-oriented omnichannel strategies, optimize sales processes and shape the introduction of digital sales tools. Digital Customer Experience: Your focus is on creating a seamless customer engagement and the strategic design of customer processes and customer journey. You also support analytic topics such as customer segmentation and customer value analysis.
