Responsible handling and control of public tenders Research and analysis of procurement platforms and identification of relevant tenders Creation, coordination and timely submission of tender documents Support for municipalities, school makers, architects and planning offices Active project tracking from the tender to the procurement Coordination with design, calculation, production and project management Maintenance and development of existing customer relationships in the public sector Market and competition monitoring

Completed commercial or technical training or comparable qualification Experience in the distribution of products in need of declaration, ideally in the area of furniture and object equipment Knowledge in public procurement (VOB, UVgO, VOL or procurement law) Safe handling of tendering and awarding platforms Structured and independent operation Communication strength and negotiation skills Good knowledge of MS Office
