Campus Service Lead (m/w/d)

Intensify our team of university administration as Campus Service Lead (m/w/d) in full-time (40 hours/week) for two years (with the aim of taking over) on site at our places of study in Karlsruhe, Münster, Ulm or Wuppertal.

Student support: Through active support and administrative support, you ensure a smooth day of study. In your role, you will report directly to the Campus Manager of your region and help ensure the quality of the services and the satisfaction of the students.

Interface management: You effectively coordinate the communication between students and internal departments and ensure an optimal flow of information.

Event management: You plan and organize events to actively strengthen the campus community and student satisfaction.

Complaint Management: You process feedback and complaints quickly and solution-oriented in close cooperation with Student Services and other departments.

Campus representation & local partners: You represent the campus outside at events and actively support your campus manager in maintaining relationships with external local partners.

Qualification: You have a successfully completed training (e.g. hotel specialist, office man/wife, specialist for gastronomy, industrial businessman/wife) or a completed study in the field of BWL or a comparable field of expertise.

Experience: You bring many years of professional experience in the field of service, quality management, guest relations or event management.

Customer orientation: With your strong problem-solving skills and service orientation, customers are always in the first place.

Flexibility: You want to work in a dynamic environment, and are confident and flexible for short-term changes.

Strengths: You convince by excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and a structured way of working.

Languages: You speak German fluently and have good English skills to provide students and local partners with optimal care.
