Control and monitoring of operations at the site Implementation of corporate targets and personnel management and operational planning for the local team Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements Responsibility for budget, cost control and resource management Interface function to other departments, management and external partners Development and implementation of optimization measures at the site Reporting and evaluation of relevant key figures with MS Excel or SAP

Completed training in the electrotechnical field with master or technician degree Alternative studies with focus on electrical engineering, energy technology or in the field of (construction)engineering/economy Experience in personnel management or organisation of a location, e.g. branch management, team management Experience in handling ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics User knowledge in MS Office, in particular Excel and method knowledge in project management (e.g. lean management) knowledge of German at a reliable level; English knowledge desirable
