For practical use at Medtronic In the first year, you’ll run the most important shared functions to gain an optimal overview of the company’s structure and get to know the business processes. These include strategic departments such as Finance, HR, Commercial Operations, Customer Care, etc.

After that, you will change into different business areas in the half-year-old turnus to gain versatile experience, taking into account your individual wishes. This includes, for example, the Medical Surgical area, which changes the life of patients every day through groundbreaking developments, or the Cardio Vascular area, whose innovative therapies touch countless hearts every day.

To study The study of Business Management includes a comprehensive BWL study program over three years and is divided into six semesters. The study is divided into blocks where you spend three months in the company and three months at the university per semester.

As a degree, you will acquire the Bachelor of Arts.
