Extraction and recruitment of external donors including the creation, coordination and dispatch of framework and teaching assignments Construction, development and maintenance of a nationwide doping pool and a multi-disciplinary doping database query, coordination and structured documentation of the availability of the lecturers Planning, organisation and implementation of the onboarding of new donors (e.g. doping IDs, system accesses, initial briefing) Care and management of all doctrine-related data in the Student Information System (including life courses, framework contracts, teaching assignments, additional agreements, documentation for verification) Creation and exhibition of certificates and reference letters for lecturers Participation in the design, development and implementation of processes and guidelines in the field of doping management Active care of doctrine relations, for example by organizing doctrine meetings, semester-face-ups and other exchange formats Support and monitoring of the self-billing process in cooperation with relevant interfaces

Experience in recruiting external teachers and freelance staff Safe handling of databases and management and CRM systems Organizational strength in planning Basic knowledge of settlement processes Embossed communication and network competence Service-oriented, binding appearance and high self-organization and reliability Proactive, structured functioning and ability to cross-departmental coordination Experience in organizing events Experience in higher education, adult education or academic environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Your profile does not cover (yet) everything?
