In order to ensure smoothly processed orders from customer requests, people who love the structure and keep an overview. You process incoming customer orders and collect them in our systems You coordinate order processing with internal departments You are in telephone and written contact with customers You support sales and project teams in the organisational processing of orders. You maintain order and customer data in the CRM or ERP system You keep in mind the dates, completeness and processing levels of the orders.

Commercial training or comparable background First experience in order processing, internal service or customer service Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel) Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g. MS Dynamics or ESO) Technical understanding or experience in a technical company helpful Friendly appearance and clear communication in customer contact Very good German knowledge, English knowledge of advantage Professional starters with first practical experience in the company are also welcome.
