In the role as a team manager, you take over the leadership of a team in the automotive/home customer service. You ensure compliance with our service goals – including the efficient coordination of all processes on our assistance platform – and you are contact person for your team with up to 25 employees at the Munich or Rostock site.

Your tasks Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team with the focus on automotive assistance and housing security letters Leadership, motivation and promotion of employees through our regular target and development talks Contact and coordination with internal and external stakeholders Contact person (w/m/d) in case of uncertainties and voting needs on specific issues in the daily business Ensuring the predefined quality and business objectives and continuous process optimization

That's what you bring A completed training, ideally in the insurance environment or comparable First leadership experience and multi-year professional experience in a assistance or in a service center Very good German and good English skills Impressed communication strength, empathy and positive attitude Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience in evaluating KPIs Depending on the professional experience and qualification, this full-time job is 50,000 to 70,000 euros per year.
