Junior Group Controller – high development prospects (m/f/d)

You will become part of the Group Controlling team and take responsibility for reporting, forecasts and analyses at an international business unit - depending on the specific experience. If you already have a first professional experience, you will take over the independent support of the business unit and all the others. Once you have completed your studies, you will also be fully integrated into the topics very quickly, but still enjoys more intensive support from colleagues and supervisors. Together with experienced colleagues, you are working on the consolidation of monthly and quarterly figures, preparing planning and budget processes and initialling deviation analyses. You are in exchange with the financial managers of the subsidiaries, help in data processing and ensures the quality of the incoming reports. With increasing experience, you will take independent topics such as working capital evaluations, capex analyses or liquidity assessments. You learn to prepare management presentations and work on projects for process optimization, system integration and standardization of reporting structures. Thanks to the close cooperation with the CFO and the international controlling team, you build a deep understanding of the economic management of global locations.

Complete study of economics with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting – also professional beginners with relevant internships. First practical experience in controlling, in consulting or auditing advantageous, but no need. high number affinity, Excel knowledge and joy in analytically penetrating complex facts. Motivation to work in reporting systems and new topics. Very good knowledge of German and English. Self-employed, structured working methods, openness and curiosity for company-wide relationships.
