Jobcoachin / Inclusion-Adviserin / Specialist for Employment and Professional Promotion / Educational Specialist (w/m/d)

As a Jobcoachin / Included companionin, you accompany and support the disabled people of the WfbM to find an accurate outsourced workplace. You build contacts to interested companies and businesses on the general labour market and plead them for desired operational learning phases or smaller orders within the WfbM.

Designs: You prepare the interested people in the workshop for a possible job outside the WfbM. Through intensive talks and accompaniment at the WfbM, you recognize strengths, interests and support needs of our employees and look for companies of the first labour market that are open to employment of a disabled person. You plan joint business visits as well as preparation courses and are in close cooperation with the specialist service and the workshop management.

Acquisition and advice: You advise the people to be cared for to fit work. You are responsible for the acquisition of companies for operational learning phases, external workstations, smaller orders for the workshop as well as for network work and cooperation with the companies.

Accompanying: You accompany the people to be cared for during the working phases and on the outside workplaces. You plan and document the personal development processes of the supervised people in cooperation with the specialist service and the workshop management.

Remuneration and holidays Payment is made according to TVöD. Our employees are entitled to 30 days on holiday.
