The core task of the Medical Scientific Affairs department is to generate long-term clinical evidence across the entire product life cycle to provide sustainable added value for scientific assessment and profitability of our products. With your work as Manager (w/m/d) Medical Scientific Affairs, you contribute significantly to the clinical elements of technical documentation and, together with other business areas, ensure the successful implementation of the clinical product strategy.

As Manager (w/m/d) Medical Scientific Affairs, you can create clinical evaluations of medical devices (in the Orthopaedics and Spine Surgery Indications) and are responsible for the documentation They take on associated activities such as reviewing information materials relating to clinical concerns and participate in risk analysis and product safety cases Regulatory & Educational Medical Writing: The research, evaluation and presentation of scientific literature on various topics and occasions is in your hand Conducting clinical studies (within the above mentioned indication areas) in compliance with legal and B. Braun-intern requirements as well as Milestones and Budgets is your responsibility They are responsible for preparing and reviewing study documents as well as submission to the competent authorities and ethics committees Ensure transparent internal and external communication and complete documentation and placement of study documents You are responsible for monitoring the services of study centres and service providers in compliance or quality aspects (time schedule, quality, budget) They present research ideas and study results internal and external partners and discuss these A close cooperation with colleagues in Research & Development, Quality Management, Global Marketing and Sales and Regulatory Affairs in national and international teams is supported by you They participate in regular training in clinical matters through hospitation and participation in medical congresses
