Independent processing (complexer) bAV offer requests from our customers – from the analysis of legal framework conditions to the individual creation of offers in the national and international context Communicate, clarify and support – as a central interface when it comes to customer and intermediaries' needs and service-oriented support Active support of our bAV specialists in the field service throughout the entire offer phase – in writing, by phone and, if necessary, also directly on site Observe markets, identify new trends and carry valuable impulses inward so that we can adapt and develop our bAV range along customer needs Working in various projects, e.g. in the further digitization of internal processes and the sustainable increase of our service quality

Completed commercial training – ideally in the area of insurance Relevant professional experience and very good knowledge of the legal bases of bAV and everything that belongs to it High customer and service orientation, open and clear communication and desire to take responsibility for the tasks entrusted Secure handling of MS Office and digital communication tools German knowledge (at least on C1 level), English knowledge of advantage Analytical puzzling, view for the workable and 'Drive' on the topic of digitalization And last but not least: real commitment to the topic bAV and a good portion of team spirit
