Trainee in Social Management (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a motivated or professional starter from 01.10./01.11. as a trainee for our site Magdeburg (near Leipzig).

Your path to social management begins here - with your trainee program with meaning from the Maltesers!

You will get to know various areas in the region: our diverse social services, specialist departments such as the controlling or the staff area and you hospitate in selected districts to gain further experience You independently control and coordinate your own social projects in various topics, such as the optimization or rebuilding of a social service (document call, school attendance service, menu service) or e.g. projects in the office of honor You will get an insight into the everyday life of our leaders in the region and assist them in managing the operating business, e.g. metrics analysierst, processes structuredly reworked and involved as an assistance of management The visit of committees and executive meetings allows you to share with experienced executives to get to know the leadership culture of the Maltesers When selecting your tasks, projects and hospitations, we also take care of the experiences and competencies you already want to bring and develop in order to shape your training time in an instructive manner.

A successfully completed Bachelor or Master degree of Business Administration, Social Management or a comparable focus An economic and entrepreneurial approach with a good understanding of figures You have already gained practical experience in relevant fields of activity Detectable experience in cooperation with projects, for example in the course of studies, internships or work Your career goal is to develop you as a leader A self-confident, authentic appearance with very pronounced communicative skills and empathy Creativity in the development of new solutions and the motivation to identify and advance topics proactively Identification with our Christian aims as a Catholic aid organization driving licence class B
