Tasks

• Self-administering administrative activities such as post-processing, telephone service and office material management
• Support in creating offers, invoices and correspondence

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally as an office clerk or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in office or administration
• Secure handling of MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
