Consultant Transaction Advisory Services (m/f/d)

Our Transaction Advisory Services Team at the Munich site is looking for dedicated reinforcement! Start with us professionally! As part of our over 100 employees in Germany, you will participate in multifaceted Financial Due Diligence projects within the framework of M&A processes. You support the team leaders in the assessment of companies, assets and debts for a variety of assessment occasions and write reports in German and English. Together with your colleagues from our other disciplines, you are looking for solutions for our well-known clients (private equity companies, family offices and various medium-sized companies in Germany and abroad).

You have successfully completed your studies in economics and have had fun in specialized subjects such as research, economics, consulting, and Cor­porate Finance. First practical experiences, for example in the form of internships, have strengthened you and your interest in this direction.
