Master Data Strategy & Governance: You develop the company-wide master data strategy and at the same time develop the data governance structures. Standards & Compliance: You define and maintain master data policies, quality standards and KPIs and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (e.g. Audit, GMP). Leadership & Process Control: You run the company-wide master data team and control all end-to-end master data processes such as material, customer, supplier and financial master data. Data Quality & Migration: You are responsible for the data quality, harmonisation and the entire life cycle of master data and coordinate migrations in rollouts, M&A projects or system changes. SAP S/4HANA & Cooperation: You ensure consistent use and maintenance of master data in SAP S/4HANA and work closely with SAP module managers (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO etc.). MDG & System Care: You control SAP-MDG implementation projects, define roles and permissions and accompany release changes, system updates and process optimizations. Projects & Interfaces: You guide or support cross-functional projects such as digitalization or process harmonisation and act as an interface between business, IT and external partners. Reporting & Change Management: Start regular reporting on data quality, risks and measures and accompany the change management for new processes and governance rules.

Studies: You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in master data management – ideally in the international industrial or pharmaceutical field. Process understanding: You have a deep understanding of end-to-end processes (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, Record to Report). SAP knowledge: You have very good knowledge of at least one SAP module (MM, SD, PP or FI/CO) and have ideally gained experience with SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA or SAP migration tools. Data Competence: You bring knowledge of data diversity tools, data modeling and data architecture. Leadership experience: You have a multi-year professional or disciplinary leadership experience. Analytical skills: You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented. Governance confession: You have a strong understanding of governance, compliance and process stability. Project experience: You have experience in projects – ideally also in the role of project management. Communication: You convince by strong communication and moderation capabilities. Language knowledge: You communicate safely in German and English (at least C1).
