Welcome to Allianz HR Operations@APAS is the central HR service unit of Allianz in Germany and covers the entire value chain along the employee journey: from recruiting to consulting, administration and payroll to occupational health management and occupational retirement. You are part of a team that actively shapes the future of HR Operations and sets new standards Acquisition of topical responsibility within the meaning of a professional contact person Working in different project/work groups, both in-house and across teams Your know-how is also very much in demand in process improvements: the focus here is primarily on customer orientation Coordination with other units within HR Operations@APAS to develop solutions for our customers: Continuous further development of technical and overtime skills

You're bringing this to HR (m/w/d) You have a successfully completed commercial vocational training or are in the study (Bachelor or Master) of a relevant course (e.g. business psychology) You are a communication-strong personality, happy to show your own initiative and work independently and conscientiously Your strengths include solution-oriented, structured work and organizational skills - even under time pressure You like dealing with modern digital communication media and channels You have a high customer and service orientation and have a lot of pleasure in working in a great team You can handle MS-Office programs safely and have first experiences with SAP or Service Now Very good English and fluent German skills complete your profile Openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal chatGPT
