Do you want to actively shape the future of data and AI in a leading asset manager – from EU AI Act to GDPR to FiDA/Open Finance – and to develop business impact? Then our team strengthens and actively promotes the implementation of central data and AI regulations. As the Data Intelligence, Systems and Consulting department, we are responsible for all sales data for the Union Investment private customer segment. To strengthen our ever-growing team, we are looking for you to develop innovative solutions together. We are looking for you as support for the following topics: Regulatory Horizon Scanning: systematic monitoring, analysis and interpretation of new and planned requirements (EU AI Act, GDPR/DSGVO, DGA, ePrivacy etc.) Data protection coordinator*in: Maintaining the directorate of processing activities, support for DPIAs/DSFAs, dealing with data subject requests, data protection incidents and “Privacy by Design”. Creation and maintenance of data flow and interface maps as well as coordination with data governance, IT, CISO and architecture to ensure transparency, traceability and compliance. Continuous consulting of the departments including the design and implementation of training, awareness measures. Active role in corporate and group-wide initiatives, programmes and bodies as an expert on data and AI regulation; Coordination with relevant stakeholders

You fit us and this responsible position when you bring the following: Complete studies in the field of economics or law with a focus on data protection or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in Regulatory Affairs/Compliance with focus on data protection, digital regulation and ideally AI regulation desirable – preferably in financial services Ideally experience with tools/platforms from privacy, GRC, or data governance environments as well as basic understanding of data architectures, data flows and API ecosystems Ability to prepare complex regulatory requirements for addressing and transfer them to operational processes, as well as strong stakeholder management across legal, risk, data governance, IT and departments A way of working is characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team capacity. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing and the willingness to work in our location in Frankfurt (share of home office up to 40%) We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
