Participation in the further development of the training strategy in generalistics for Alloheim SE in all federal states Ensuring the training quality and controlling of the relevant KPI ́s Cooperation with relevant internal and external interface partners Acquisition of projects in generalist nursing training Further development of the training concept and the processes in implementation with the practical instructions and the management teams in the institutions Multiplication of training topics in the company with the focus of practical instructions Professional and disciplinary leadership of the 3-person training team Planning, organisation and implementation of the training courses and active support of (over-company) training measures Ensuring early planning and takeover of our trainees Conception and coordination of learning offers for our trainees

Successfully completed university studies with a focus on nursing education or comparable qualification Passion in the further development of the profession of the Pflegfachperson as well as the nursing assistants and the continuous improvement of the training of our trainees Experience in the design and implementation of training and workshops Experience in leadership of a team desirable Enthusiasm and ability to work independently and proactively Very good communication skills Good general computer skills, especially with the usual office products, complete your profile Readiness to travel within the Group Area
