In this exciting and versatile position, you mainly take over the following tasks: Own-responsible project and construction management of construction projects in turnkey construction (office, administrative buildings, housing, hotels, data centers, teaching facilities, hospitals) taking into account the economic and technical objectives of the mechanical TGA plants (heating, cold, ventilation, sanitary and sprinkler) Management and coordination of the construction process, quality control, time monitoring and cost control in the construction design Optimization of planning Support of the planning process Staff deployment planning and management Negotiations with builders, planners and entrepreneurs Reproduction design and implementation Participation in the creation of quotations

A completed study in utility technology or civil engineering and/or a successfully completed training as master:in or state-tested:r Technicians:in utility technology with multi-year, relevant professional experience Professional experience and ideally building and project management experience in the field of HKLS/Sprinkler desirable Good knowledge of the relevant regulations and in building and contract law Good knowledge in MS-Office and in a billing and costing program Negotiating skills and enforcement Conceptual thinking, cost awareness, a structured, holistic way of working and the ability to work independently and team skills complete your profile
