Chief Enterprise Architect (m/f/d)

Development and planning of our cross-company, future-oriented IT strategy and IT architecture landscape in line with our business objectives (“Next Level” strategy). The analysis of business strategies and the identification of technical and technical requirements are part of your work environment as well as the advice of management to the board level on new IT opportunities, architectural visions and risks. Assessment and selection of innovative technologies, acquisition of corporate architecture decisions and ensuring compatibility and integration of our IT systems. You create standards, guidelines and reference architectures, ensure their compliance and design architecture governance processes – for example in handling technical debt and KPIs. Creation of IT architecture specifications with regard to security, data protection and compliance at company level and adapting these to changing requirements. Continuous monitoring and assessment of market trends and deriving recommendations and measures resulting from them. You work closely with other architects, executives and disciplines and promote development and cooperation in the Enterprise Architecture department.

Complete university studies (Diplom/Master), ideally with a focus on computer science, business informatics or comparable, as well as additional qualification in enterprise and application architecture and sound knowledge in architectural methods and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman). At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in the field of IT architecture, enterprise architecture, solution architecture or IT architecture – also in the context of large financial service providers. Experience with the design and implementation of complex IT landscapes, standardization, governance and architecture management. Designed leadership, communication and consulting skills – You are an empathic Sparring partner for executives and stakeholders. Entrepreneurial thinking, change management and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Experience in the field of capital investment, in particular with IT requirements in the investment or asset management, would be desirable but not urgently necessary. Flowing German knowledge, English skills are advantageous
