Finance Manager (m/w/d) with development prospects

The Malteser Wohnen & Pflegen gGmbH is a modern service company in the social sector. We are a German-wide carrier of 33 housing and care facilities in which we provide over 3,200 residents and guests in stationary care, short-term care, day care and in an outpatient community. Our focus areas include watch-coma care, boy care, stroke care, parkinson care and care for the strongly altered person. In more than 700 apartments for living with service live seniors who are still quite independent and who use the services of our facilities if necessary. Together with two outpatient services, two hospices and an outpatient palliative service, we employ over 2,800 employees.

At the next possible time, we are looking for you as a reinforcement for the five-member team finances in our headquarters in Duisburg-Homberg, unlimited full-time (39 hours = 100%). Excellent possibilities for development are given, after appropriate incorporation, the real management of the financial management area is offered.

Together with a team of five colleagues, you control the processes in financial management. You create and monitor economic, liquidity and financial plans and actively manage the liquid resources. You accompany the business planning process for investment and maintenance. Communication and cooperation with other Malteser Associations departments in Cologne (e.g. taxes, finance/bilants, financial controlling), various internal departments and staff offices of the housings & nursing gGmbH (in particular controlling, management, personnel) and internal/ external investor representatives. You are co-responsible for the management of the Maltese internal service provider for financial accounting and evaluate and clean (special) operations. You are also responsible for the company's contractual and insurance management You support the creation of the annual accounts and take over the processing of various tax matters (e.g. corporate tax). You are Sparring partners for the management and for our executives in all financial matters. You implement their own projects and develop financial and ad hoc analyses.
