Personnel control including completion, including monthly, quarterly and annual accounts, personnel planning, forecasting and evaluations (e.g. V-Info and Business Review) BNetzA-Reporting, e.g. evaluation of wage supplements and benefits, preparation of all staff provisions, creation of unbundling and cost applications Interface management for PW AG, including HR topics Responsibility for PWN for Group-wide HR systems, including target agreements and performance assessments Coordination of the job evaluation process in the PWN Coordination and, where appropriate, implementation of personnel development measures in coordination with PW AG
