Develop creative content ideas and implement targeted content from the first idea to the publication Make our brand experienceable with passion, creativity and a sense of social media trends Accompany trade fairs, events and events and create authentic content in real time Building an active community and promoting exchange through professional community management Social media campaigns for Instagram, LinkedIn & Co. Measuring successes based on relevant KPIs, identifying potentials and testing new formats Together with internal teams, agencies and external partners (m/w/d) implement strong marketing measures Use space for your own ideas and actively shape the further development of our social media presence

Multiannual experience in social media management and creation of target group-oriented content Safe handling of Instagram, LinkedIn & Co. and a good understanding of current trends and platform mechanisms Creativity, storytelling skills and a sense of visually appealing content Experience in creating and editing photo, video and moving image content The ability to communicate complex content easily, understandably and effectively An independent, structured way of working and the desire to implement things pragmatically Knowledge of social media analytics, reporting and performance optimization Very good knowledge of German at least C1 level
