Planning and implementation of specialized training in the profession Electronics for Business Engineering according to training framework plan and professional content Guide and guide trainees, design and convey training content Intermediation of network technology (EVU) using modern and varied training methods Development, implementation and optimization of organisational and commercial processes as well as innovative professional pedagogical procedures in the sense of digitalization Implementation of practical project tasks and related business management Technical and personal support of trainees, examination support and assessment in the context of vocational training Responsibility for the implementation and implementation of work, safety, and environmental protection in the area of responsibility Cooperation with the training officers and educational institutions as well as technical and organisational support for trainees

You have successfully completed a master or technician qualification and have already gained experience in training and in the technical field You have a training certificate and the associated educational competence You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1) You could already gain practical experience in electrical engineering and ideally in the energy industry “We before me” is self-evident and you support the team that stands for each other and takes responsibility You are communicative, have a safe and positive appearance and understand the processes of the energy world You are passionate about training and your experience in dealing with trainees is energy and inspiration for you You have empathy in dealing with young people and pedagogical skills as well as didactic and methodological skills You are an innovative designer of ideas and trends and realize them in training Ideally, you are interested in the implementation of digital learning content and practical experience in network services.
