The Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen (LBIH) is the central construction and real estate service provider of the Hessian state administration. Completed engineering studies (FH Diploma/Bachelor) in the fields of civil engineering/environmental engineering or an adequate degree or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the HOAI performance phases 1-7 in engineering/transport path construction or relevant experience in the construction monitoring of civil engineering works Knowledge of public procurement and contract law and an AVA programme are desirable Safe handling of MS Office and very good German knowledge in word and writing Ready for large-scale construction sites or narrow spaces Class B driving licence and standby for occasional service journeys (Pool vehicle) within the jurisdiction of the branch
