As a group manager for Client Lifecycle (m/w/d), you will guide the client onboarding & KYC professionally and disciplinaryly, develop your employees and promote the corporate culture of DZ BANK. You strengthen cooperation with internal interfaces and ensure high consulting, service and customer orientation. You are responsible for the regulatory onboarding of national and international corporate customers, institutional customers and banks throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You ensure a smooth running of the daily business and ensure the timely processing with high customer satisfaction. You ensure high data quality, ensure efficient processes and monitor compliance with defined quality and performance indicators. You are driving forward the further development of processes, technologies and organizational structures to increase efficiency and efficiency. You design the strategic development of the group, manage projects and accompany budget, controlling and regulatory issues.

Successful study: Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related degree programme.
