You design, implement and optimierst agent-based systems to improve and automate business processes You work in a targeted team and develop innovative solutions together with interdisciplinary experts from various disciplines and IT You advise internal areas of application, requirements and best practices in Agentic Workflows You identify application cases for Agentic AI together with the departments and IT and support in building a transparent project pipeline You will follow up current trends and technical developments in the field of workflow automation with artificial intelligence and give impulses for use in the company You promote a “maker culture” and motivate colleagues to gain first experiences with agent-based workflows You document project results and support the development and communication of best practices
You bring a completed study in the field of business informatics, economic engineering, data science or a comparable qualification with You can present at least 5 years of professional experience in the environment of data & artificial intelligence or automation You have detectable project experience in AI-based automation of business processes and in the development of applications with generic AI You are safe in handling Microsoft Copilot / PowerAutomate or comparable no-code and low-code platforms such as n8n and make.com You have already gained practical experience with LLM-Apis and Prompt Engineering You bring profound knowledge of agent frameworks and design patterns as well as a solid understanding of machine learning concepts and data modeling with You communicate safely and according to target groups in both oral and in writing in German and English Good to very good programming skills, preferably in Python, as well as an analytical and conceptual thinking capability complete your profile
