Your tasks on site include:

• Get to know the task of a nursing service (m/w/d) in practice from the Pike. As part of a 6- to 24-month trainee program (depending on previous knowledge). Your tasks will gradually be:
• As a future manager, you will learn to take over the organizational and personal control of the entire care area
• Your organizational talent helps you plan and organize the different living areas
• You will learn to identify and promote the individual needs and potentials of your employees
• You will be trained in conducting interviews and learn to inspire applicants from yourself and your institution
• Ensure the sustainable care quality and documentation according to MDK requirements in close cooperation with residents, relatives, your care team as well as overarching specialist areas
• You have an open ear for the residents and their relatives at any time

Take this with you:

• You have a completed vocational training in the fields of nursing, health care and nursing or health care and care for children.
• In addition, you ideally have a recognition for care services according to §71 SGB XI (if not we encourage you to carry out the training)
• You can present a multi-year professional experience in full-time employment as a nursing professional.
• With your advanced computer skills, you take care documentation (e.g. DAN).
