Direct customer contact: You are the first contact person for our customers: on-site and ensure a smooth running – friendly, competent and solution-oriented. Coordination of vehicle logistics: You take over the organization around the on and off of the vehicles and make sure that all processes interact cleanly. Production of transport documents: You know how to create documents and make sure everything is correct and complete – an important link in our chain. Working on the output switch: You support the vehicle output with your service-oriented way and always have an overview. Treatment of complaints and warranty cases: You can tackle problems. You carefully process complaints and actively contribute to satisfying our customers. Process optimization in the team: You analyze existing processes and interfaces, detect weaknesses and bring you ideas for improvement.

Commercial training: You have completed an apprenticeship in the commercial sector – whether professional or with experience: We look forward to you!
