You shape the strategic orientation and standardization of regression in the field of property insurance – nationwide and forward-looking. You use our regress dashboards to analyze, control and develop our processes. You build a strong network and create targeted awareness for the topic of regress – across spartens and with a wide view. You actively drive the further development of our software systems and thus increase machine regression recognition. You initiate and guide organization and IT projects – from idea to successful implementation. You are introducing new tools and applications that optimize our regression. You regularly analyze processes and criteria for regression testing – both manually and automated – and continuously improve them. You design and document efficient process processes and participate in creating and implementing clear guidelines. You share your knowledge: In training courses for colleagues from sales and external damage service, you make sure that the topic of regress is alive and thought on.

You have a degree or training related to insurance, business or IT. You bring relevant professional experience, for example as a business economist:in, business consultant, insurance professional / economist:in or data scientist. You know well in the insurance divisions, especially in insurance you feel safe. You have already gained experience in damage or regression processing and/or contributed to projects. You are communicatively strong, you can clearly convey complex topics and feel comfortable in cross-departmental cooperation as well as in exchange with internal and external partners. You think analytic, work structured and never lose sight of the whole thing. You appear sovereign, negotiated and have the drive to advance themes autonomously. You have good English skills – oral and written. And above all, you have fun at the strategic regression orientation!
