The “Securities Custody Services” division is responsible for the further development of the services of the securities business for Client Solutions, Corporates and the Private Bank. Main objectives of the unit are the internalization and integration of back-office activities incl. Building a back office technology platform and harmonisation of providers in the field of securities deposit services to create a simplified, standardized target model and subsequent operational operation of the target model.

Position type: Full-time/Part-time Process optimization: management and promotion of initiatives to improve the accuracy and efficiency of booking capital measures. Focus on identifying inefficiencies and implementing process optimizations related to dividends, capital increases and other capital measures. Workflow improvements: refinement of corporate action workflows to ensure a timely and accurate processing of all client portfolios, as well as minimizing errors and rationalization of operations. Cross-functional cooperation: link between internal teams and external partners:in order to facilitate efficient communication and coordination. ensure seamless execution of cash and securities movements throughout the entire project lifecycle. Development of banking software: supervision of technical changes and improvements in banking software that support the developing processes for capital measures. Cooperation with IT teams to ensure that software updates match the operational requirements. Testing and integration of changes: managing the implementation of system changes, including monitoring of test phases. Ensuring smooth integration of updates in back office operation and minimizing interruptions as well as maintaining service quality.

Experience: proven experience in the processing of capital measures with a pronounced understanding of industry practices and regulations. Experience in change management or process optimization is very desirable. Knowledge: Funded knowledge in corporate action, securities processing and banking software systems. Confidence with project management methods and change management frameworks is advantageous. Good knowledge of English in word and writing. Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-functional cooperation. Extensive analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify areas worthy of improvement and promote initiatives. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple project activities at the same time and to ensure that deadlines are met while maintaining a high quality standard.
