• Ensure the planned plant performance and increase the efficiency of the plants

• Management and development of plant personnel and ensuring a smooth shift

• Control of mineral water, sewage and energy processes

• Enforcement of order, cleanliness and hygiene standards and occupational safety

• Implementation of regular inventory and input of production data into production controlling

• Detection of faults and deficiencies in production plants and maintenance notification

• completed master qualification or comparable qualifications

• Multiannual professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility in the production environment

• Experience in leadership and development of employees

• Ready for shiftwork

• Communication strength and conflictability as well as a positive appearance and solution-oriented, pragmatic thinking and action
