You are supervisors of all service employees, trainees and interns and are supported and represented by the Oberkellnern. You ensure a smooth service run. You advise your guests and are available as contact persons. You train and motivate their employees. You serve trainees and interns and work on new employees. You ensure the quality of the service area according to the standards of the upscale hotel industry and the legal provisions.

You have a restaurant or hotel training. You have several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry and in a comparable position. You know the MICROS cash register system. You are motivated and committed. You have very good knowledge of German and English. You have very good leadership qualities and enforcement ability. You have a well-kept appearance and first-class ways of handling.
