plan, develop and improve customized software solutions together with your team. Take responsibility for complete projects – from conception to release, always in line with product and customer vision. Develop requirements together with product owners, customers and stakeholders. actively shape technology decisions and architecture issues. Customers understand and respond to their needs and, in addition to the software, also adapt the business processes in the companies. continuously improve the organization and our way of working through regular syncs and retrospectives and share your knowledge. actively shape our culture by introducing yourself to internal projects (e.g. the spacetime or further development of the organization).

We're looking for someone with:

multiannual professional experience, ideally 5+ years in the development of extensive software systems (preferably at full-stack level). proven experience in several software projects, ideally in the context of larger initiatives. the ability to quickly understand complex system landscapes and to develop suitable solutions. high expertise with focus on results. a completed study in computer science, software engineering or a similar field. good communication skills in German (C1 level) and English. an already valid EU work permit.

In addition:

you are motivated to realize projects as a whole team. you have experience with agile methods and quick to implement changes. you actively shape the processes and culture of the team. you are happy to share your knowledge with the team and support it at any time. Feel comfortable in the remote working environment and enjoy our monthly onsites in Hamburg on site at the same time.
