In addition, we provide comprehensive business information, analyses and evaluations.

As an expert in IT outsourcing management, you contribute to the design, construction and implementation of the outsourcing management in the Bundesbank-IT and support the design and implementation of targets and applicable guidelines. You develop structured action catalogues and controls in the context of risk management for IT outlays and implement them in practice. Its core tasks include supporting the outsourced bodies and project managers in IT in the implementation of outsourcing projects and remitting in all relevant firms (e.g. designing performance, risk analysis and exit strategies). You represent IT in sector-wide working groups for the further development of the outsourcing system and act as a central cutting point and support function for all IT units.

Master's or equivalent degree of economic knowledge, (economic) informatics or economic law or comparable courses Very good knowledge and professional experience in sourcing IT services (concept, implementation, monitoring) Very good knowledge of overarching strategies and control models in the context of IT outsourcing management (e.g. IT strategy, IT governance and compliance, and cloud strategy) Very good knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g. MaRisk, EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing, DORA, VgV, UVgO, VOL) Impressed communication skills and negotiation skills Ability to arrange, structure and represent complex relationships, as well as decision-ready templates or Creating recommendations Very good communication skills in German and good English skills
