The MEDIAN Heinrich-Mann-Klinik Bad Liebenstein is a modern specialist clinic for the rehabilitation of neurological and orthopedic diseases. In the acute range, ventilated patients and patients of phase B (neurological early rehabilitation) are treated. The clinic is the first rehabilitation clinic in Thuringia, which has been providing patients with ventilation since 2008. Due to the neurological early rehabilitation phase B, which has the status of an acute clinic and also rehabilitates ventilated patients, demanding and interesting tasks are to be solved in a modern health facility. You are a specialist (m/w/d) for neurology, anaesthesia / intensive medicine, neurosurgery or internal medicine (pulmology) with German approval You have well-founded experience in the care of ventilated intensive patients including renal replacement procedures You have experience in managing staff and training medical personnel You will enjoy a varied activity in a dedicated multi-professional team with flat hierarchies and design space and bring a hand-on mentality with you You are an organizational talent and like to look over the edge of the plate You have good communicative skills in dealing with patients In addition, you have good computer skills
