Management of employee inventions Economic evaluation: Analysis of the market potential of inventions and technologies Marketing and licensing: creation of offers for intellectual property rights and active search for exploitation partners (enterprises) Contract negotiations: draft and negotiation of licensing agreements and cooperation agreements Communication: cooperation on the strategic development and the internet presence of technology transfer

a successfully completed study of biology, biochemistry, medicine or a similar study programme in the field of life sciences (master or equivalent) preferably with doctorate Professional experience: Multiannual activity at a university / research institution or in a company in research or development Expertise in technology transfer: Detectional experience in the assessment of technologies and licensing of protection rights Language knowledge: Very good expressability and English knowledge in word and writing Working method: High level of independent, analytical, structured and result-oriented operation The qualification is desirable as a RTTP (registered technology transfer professional) or an equivalent certification.
