Business Unit Management Infrastructure and Environment (m/f/d)

Generally responsible management of the Infrastructure and Environment business unit with the focus on urban water management and construction water construction – including professional, human and economic responsibility leadership, development and motivation of employees in the two closely linked departments; Promoting a powerful, cooperative and value-oriented team culture Sales, earnings and budget responsibility for the business area including resource planning, utilisation control and economic project monitoring Strategic further development of the business unit: definition of target markets, performance priorities and growth potential in line with management Active market management and independent acquisition of infrastructure and water engineering projects – from the first customer address to supply strategies to commissioning Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships (especially contractors, municipalities and associations) and positioning the ICL as a reliable, high-quality partner Responsibility for procurement and VgV procedures, offerings and contract negotiations Close cooperation with other business areas of the ICL Group for the use of synergies and for the holistic processing of interdisciplinary projects representation of the business unit to the outside, e.g. in network events, specialist bodies and customer appointments Active participation in the further development of internal processes, methods (e.g. BIM) and structures for future-oriented and sustainable infrastructure planning

Master or diploma in the field of civil engineering, preferably with deepening settlement water management or water engineering At least 10 years of professional experience in senior project management or comparable function Detection of suitable reference projects, preferably in settlement water management (project list, HOAI performance phases 1-7) Comprehensive acquisition experience and an existing customer network in Saxony and/or Saxony-Anhalt Experience in handling Building Information Modeling (BIM) Funded knowledge of relevant software applications (e.g. MS-Office, if necessary special software) In-depth knowledge of HOAI and VgV procedures Secure German knowledge
