SAP IT Coordinator (m/f/d)

You plan your tasks by time and resources on your own, align yourself closely with the stakeholders (m/w/d) and thus ensure a smooth operation. In existing and new projects, you support the topics between service providers and internal areas in the planning and coordination of implementation. You are the interface between customer, internal IT department and the service provider. You organize dates and bring the appropriate contact person (m/w/d) together for the respective topics. You take over the onboarding of the service providers, ensure the workability and are the first contact person (m/w/d). You check the time records and invoices of the service providers and take care of their release. You accompany the annual SAP license checks and are contact person (m/w/d) for the audit institutes. You clarify or coordinate tasks with the relevant stakeholders (m/w/d). In the existing ticket tools, you check the incoming service requests and messages and forward them to the service provider for processing and solution. You prepare topics to be addressed and present changes to larger groups.

You have a degree in IT, business or a comparable qualification. You bring relevant professional experience into a coordinating or possibly assisting role. Ideally, you already have basic knowledge within an SAP-S/4 HANA landscape and can quickly integrate yourself into the existing system landscape. You control the handling of tickets within ticket systems (preferably SAP Solution Manager or USU Valuemation). You understand how to penetrate and communicate technical relationships. You have good knowledge in MS Office, especially in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, and present clearly and convincingly. A service-oriented, organized way of working and good German skills (C1) complete your profile.
